We have been doing auto parts and home appliance stamping die designing, and metal parts manufacturing for more than 10 years. During these years, we developed our professional design team, and established the scientific quality and production management procedure. We are a metal stamping die and metal parts supplier for many famous enterprises of China, Europe, the US and Russia.

Operating since 2003
We were founded in 2003, as a workshop for rough machining for die. By now, we have developed as a professional auto parts metal stamping die, and home appliances stamping die and metal parts factory. We provide services of the wire cutting, die design, die making, metal stamping parts and others to our customers.

In 2013, we move to a new plant and renovate all the equipment machines. We regard the auto inside and outside decoration metal part die, home appliances die such as computer cases, TVs, LEDs, displays, communication apparatuses, washing machines and others as the core business. Our main customers in auto parts metal stamping molds are Toyota, APAC, G-MAX and Manga seating.

Our main customers in home appliances mold are TCL, Delux, Jiali Group and more. Currently, there are 130 personnel in our factory, among which, 20 are die designers, 45 are technical engineers, 10 are administrative staff members and eight are quality staff members. Our factory covers up 15,000 square meters. Our output is 100 die per month and 1,200 die per year. Our production value is about $25 million every year. Our biggest die is nearly 15T and the size is 4,000x2,000x1,000mm. We own the 800T press machine to free try the die.
